Why I like serving at Mt. Cross -
My job gives me the opportunity to use my experience and education while at the same time giving back to the ministry that has been so formative in my life. Working on summer staff at Mt. Cross when I was in college gave me my first real hands-on ministry experience and played a big part in my decision to go into ministry. I am glad to have a part in providing those kind of experiences for another generation of young people.

Why I think parents should send their kids to Mt. Cross (and Mt. Cross's other programs) -
Spending time in creation in a Christian community gives young people the opportunity to examine and grow in their faith without the distractions of secular society. I also feel strongly that kids benefit from seeing young people (our staff) who are living out their faith.
